VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango has disclosed that the affected marketeers who were trading from the burnt Kapalala market will each be given K1,000 to boost their businesses. And Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says police are working with the victims to establish what caused the fire, adding that government is not in a rush to arrest anyone as was the case before.
