POLICE in Chilanga have recorded a slight injury road traffic accident involving PF’s Raphael Nakacinda after he lost control of his vehicle and hit a security camera pole at Shimabala Toll plaza. And Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says Police have arrested a 30-year-old pastor of United End of Time Church for raping an 18-year-old girl who was under his care.
