SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti on Tuesday reprimanded Matero PF member of parliament Miles Sampa for saying lack of employment has forced UPND youths to start abducting girls. Debating the budget, Tuesday, Sampa said it had taken forever for government to resolve the issues at Mopani and Konkola Copper Mines.
