GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa has expressed concern that some MPs are now discrediting presiding officers outside Parliament despite having the privileges to exhaust all their grievances internally. Last week, Chiengi independent member of parliament Given Katuta went live on her Facebook Page where she accused Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti of being biased. Lumezi independent MP Munir Zulu and some PF MPs also held a briefing recently where they also raised concerns about the Speaker.
