COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia General Secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya says public officers should lead the way when it comes to lifestyle audits because they are paid with taxpayers’ money. Last week, Justice Minister Mulambo Haimbe argued that lifestyle audits must be considered from a holistic approach where even private citizens and those who intend to hold public office must be subjected to the same level of scrutiny.
