PF vice-president Given Lubinda has wondered why the country was chosen to co-host the democracy summit, claiming that it has failed to deliver on democracy. During a media briefing, Wednesday, Lubinda said the rule of law was under assault because law enforcement agencies had been turned into weapons against citizens. “As you may all be aware, Zambia will hold two major activities in the next 10 days.
