LEADER of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile says it was a blunder for US Vice-President Kamala Harris to snub former president Edgar Lungu during her two-day working visit in Lusaka. But Green Economy and Environment Minister Collin Nzovu says PF’s lack of democratic tenets cannot attract a meeting with Vice-President Harris.
