UPND Deputy Secretary General Gertrude Imenda has advised Mumbi Phiri to practice clean politics, devoid of personal attacks, as she actively gets back into the political arena. Last week, Phiri, who is former PF deputy Secretary General disclosed her intentions to contest for the party presidency, saying God delayed the PF convention so that she can also contest for the presidency after leaving prison. And in an interview, Imenda said she was especially happy with Phiri’s return to active politics, her being a woman.
