ZAMBIA Must Prosper leader Kelvin Fube Bwalya says President Hakainde Hichilema overrated his credibility, thinking his relationship with the West will make it easy for him to get money from IMF. And Bwalya has questioned whether President Hichilema cares about his ministers, arguing that ministers need VX motor vehicles for security purposes and travelling to far-flung areas.
