LANDS Minister Elijah Muchima says some officers have been arrested and will soon appear in court in connection with the theft of some files at the Ministry. And Muchima says PF members should not cry foul when being investigated but should instead cooperate with investigative wings. In April this year, Muchima revealed that officials in his ministry had gone to an extent of breaking locks of containers in order to steal documents. The Lands Minister said he sometimes got frustrated because the ministry reported cases to the Police but investigations took too long.
