PARTY for National Unity and Progress (PNUP) president Highvie Hamududu says government should prioritise infrastructure development by simply putting money in the right places. Last Wednesday, Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Charles Milupi said government had plans to work on various roads in Western Province once debt was restructured. Speaking when he commissioned the newly rehabilitated Kafue Hook Bridge in Mumbwa, Central Province, whose rehabilitation works are said to have commenced in October 2015, Milupi said government wanted to ensure funds were available before commencing road projects.
