LANDS Minister Elijah Muchima says about 500,000 title deeds are missing critical details to be processed into the new Zambia Information Land Administration system from the old land management system. And Muchima has dispelled media assertions that there was a shutdown of the system for three weeks, clarifying that the intentional shutdown was only for two days.
