PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says now that debt restructuring has been achieved, he will now be heavy-handed in ensuring that things get done, using the law. Speaking at State House when he met a delegation from Kalungwishi Power Project and a delegation from Zesco, Monday, President Hichilema said his focus now was unlocking projects. “Having gotten this debt restructuring, this President will be a bit heavy handed now going forward using the law, constitutional right that the President has, the Cabinet has to get things done.
