UPND National Youth Chairman Gilbert Liswaniso has praised Inspector General of Police Graphel Musamba over his revelations that the PF recruited cadres and junkies into the police service hence rampant cases of rape, and indiscipline among some officers. Liswaniso has since urged Musamba to urgently identify such officers and subject them to refresher Police Service courses.
