PF presidential aspirant Brian Mundubile says President Hakainde Hichilema’s concern about delayed justice and unfair detentions is mere rhetoric. And Mundubile says President Hichilema should also consider himself as having a bad heart since his political opponents are being unjustly incarcerated.
