KABWATA UPND member of parliament Andrew Tayengwa has described Chawama as an “orphaned constituency” because the leadership is not implementing any projects in the area. Tayengwa says it is concerning that Kabwata constituency is developing at supersonic speed, while its neighbour, Chawama, is not implementing any Constituency Development Fund projects.
