PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema is today expected to travel to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to attend the inauguration ceremony of President-Elect Felix Tshisekedi. Tshisekedi was re-elected after defeating rival Moise Katumbi in a landslide victory to secure his second term. The President-Elect won the election with more than 70 percent of the vote, the country’s election commission announced.
