PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has asked diplomats accredited to Zambia to help the country conclude its debt restructuring project with one or two official creditors that are yet to sign. And President Hichilema says his government has taken responsibility for the previous administration’s failure to upgrade unplanned settlement, because it understands that many of those people feared losing political support.
