SHIWANG’ANDU PF member of parliament Stephen Kampyongo says it has now become a luxury and a miracle for people to have mealie meal in their homes because of how expensive the commodity has become. And Kampyongo says it’s surprising to hear Defence Minister Ambrose Lufuma say it’s normal to have mealie meal shortages in the country, arguing that it’s just failure by government to guarantee food security.
