GEOFFREY Bwalya Mwamba, who was among the PF presidential aspirants, says it is not necessary to demand for a refund of the K200,000 paid to the party as nomination fee. But PF faction president Miles Sampa says he will report Given Lubinda and Nickson Chilangwa to the police for obtaining money by false pretence. On Tuesday, Lubinda, who is vice-president for the Edgar Lungu-led PF faction said the K200, 000 application fee that was paid by PF presidential aspirants was non-refundable.
