GREEN Economy and Environment Minister, Collins Nzovu, says electricity load management is a necessary evil. And Nzovu says there is need to shift to alternative sources of energy because charcoal burning is not the solution to the current power deficit. Meanwhile, Nzovu says government has not exported maize to the point of causing food insecurity in the country.
