PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma says criminals tend to claim political victimisation when the law starts to catch up with them. And Ngoma says former president Edgar Lungu was just a dancer during his time in office, arguing that his works cannot be compared to those of President Hakainde Hichilema.
