HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo has launched the Service Delivery Charters for Statutory Boards, and says the Charters will enhance government accountability to the Zambian people through strengthened community engagement and participation. Speaking during the launch of the Charters on Wednesday, Masebo said government attached great importance to the provision of quality services to the Zambian people. “It gives me great pleasure to join you and officially launch the Service Delivery Charters for Statutory Boards.
