MINISTER of Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu says it’s the first time since 2014 that opposition political parties have been allowed to hold rallies outside the official campaign period. On the other hand, Mwiimbu has asked the international community to take note of how the opposition insulted President Hakainde Hichilema during their rally in Kitwe. He has also appealed to the church to stop political leaders from issuing defamatory statements in churches.
