SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson, Kelvin Kaunda, says the Electoral Commission of Zambia knows that the political cadres who disturbed two by-election polling stations on Friday belong to the ruling party. And Kaunda says his party is proud of its performance in the by-elections despite results not being a true reflection of the citizens’ will.
