KASEMPA UPND member of parliament Brenda Tambatamba has noted with concern the number of inflammatory statements which former president Edgar Lungu has continued to make without having any facts. And Tambatamba says she is a victim of police brutality during Lungu’s time in office, arguing that he was acting as if people had amnesia. In a Facebook post, Tuesday, Lungu admitted that police were not innocent during his tenure, but called for an end to brutality. He was commenting on the clashes between police and illegal miners in Kasempa as well as the killing of a suspect who was in police custody.
