THE Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) has advised former president Edgar Lungu to raise his complaints against three judges handling his eligibility matter in the Constitutional Court. On Wednesday, Lungu filed a complaint against Constitutional Court president Professor Margret Munalula, Constitutional Court vice president Arnold Shilimi and Justice Mapani Kawimbe to the JCC. In a complaint addressed to the JCC and copied to the Judges of the Constitutional Court, Lungu stated that Justices Professor Munalula, Shilimi and Kawimbe were President Hakainde Hichilema’s close associates and served his interests.
