NEW Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka has expressed concern about how the UPND administration is running the fuel sub-sector. On Wednesday, the Energy Regulation Board said that it was aware that some retail facilities had run out of petrol but assured that the country had adequate stocks; 34.6 million litres of diesel and 12.5 million litres of petrol.
