UPND Alliance Chairperson Charles Milupi says former president Edgar Lungu and the opposition are racing from top to bottom in a competition to fall. Meanwhile, Milupi says no former president of Zambia has defiled the constitution more than Lungu. On Sunday, Lungu accused President Hakainde Hichilema of having an appetite to defile the Constitution, rape the judiciary and undermine Zambia’s hard-earned democracy. The former president was reacting to a matter in which a Lusaka lawyer petitioned the Constitutional Court to revisit its decision declaring that PF Cabinet and Provincial Ministers illegally held office after Parliament was dissolved.
