THE Director of Public Prosecution Gilbert Phiri has written to the Zambia Police Criminal Investigations Department stating that he has no evidence to prosecute Mumbi Phiri, Jean Chisenga and others. In a letter dated January 13, 2025, Phiri established that the suspect, Mumbi, was having a confrontation with a woman when the theft took place.
