UPND Secretary General Batuke Imenda has unveiled the first batch of leaders for the party’s structures in Eastern Province, naming Eastern Province Minister Peter Phiri as the new provincial chairman. Earlier this month, Imenda dissolved the Eastern Province party structures due to divisions that had caused misery to the party’s administration.
