THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says it has concluded investigations into the awarding and cancellation of the fuel contract to Agro Fuels and has submitted necessary recommendations to relevant authorities for action. Further, the Commission says investigations into TAZAMA officials have advanced and are currently progressing well. On the other hand, the ACC says it has advanced its investigations into the alleged abuse of authority of office, wilful failure to follow applicable laws and corrupt practices in the manner the Ministry of Defence awarded a $21.2 million contract to DLS International Group Limited of Kenya.
