A POLICE officer has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that he neither coerced nor harassed a Mozambican traditional doctor during a warn and caution statement in a matter where he is alleged to have been hired to harm President Hakainde Hichilema through sorcery. Detective Chief Inspector Teddy Bumelo said the interview was conducted in a conducive conference room at Zambia Police Headquarters and was recorded on camera.
