STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa’s allegation that President Hakainde Hichilema appointed ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis and Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti to those critical positions in a bid to secure a two thirds majority in the House are baseless. On Monday, Historian Dr Sishuwa charged that President Hichilema had appointed individuals who were incapable of being impartial to key positions in order to secure his prolonged stay in office.
