HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has urged police officers to desist from being intoxicated while on duty, stressing that the community expects quality services. Speaking at the commissioning of the Chikuni Police Post in Monze district yesterday, Mwiimbu also urged officers to collaborate with the community to effectively eradicate crime in the area. “My officers, you have a noble call to serve the people of this community with respect for human rights and dignity.
