FORMER Zambia Congress of Trade Unions president Leonard Hikaumba says the labour movement is at liberty to praise government if there’s something that’s worth praising. Former PF secretary-general Davies Mwila recently said the Congress had bootlickers. This was after ZCTU president Blake Mulala called on the opposition to get organised in order to gain people’s confidence, saying citizens would not be governed by confused people.
