THE Ministry of Local Government has revealed that as of June 30, 2025, the National Constituency Development Fund (CDF) utilisation rate stands at 63 percent. The Ministry has also revealed that Copperbelt Province recorded the highest utilisation rate, while Lusaka and Northern provinces had the lowest rate.
