FORMER Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general Davies Mwila says many people continue to conceal their wealth out of fear of persecution, accusing government agencies of applying the law selectively. Mwila has argued that until law enforcement institutions operate fairly and independently, individuals will avoid declaring their assets because they don’t trust the process.
