WE HAVE known Honourable Joe Malanji for a long time, at least long enough to know that he has always been an enterprising businessman. Even in recent years when he was a key stakeholder in the game of golf, Mr Malanji had always been a likeable figure in the private sector, helping the needy in communities around him. But we have observed a huge difference between Malanji the entrepreneur and Malanji the minister in the Patriotic Front government.
