YESTERDAY, President Hakainde Hichilema made three key appointments to his government. Without much of a surprise, he appointed Dr Denny Kalyalya back at Bank of Zambia as Governor. The President also appointed two lawyers; Mr Mulilo Kabesha as Attorney General and Mr Marshal Muchende as as Solicitor General. It is our considered view that these three appointments will be crucial in the realization of the President’s desire to turn the country’s economy around. We wish to put a spotlight on the Attorney General and the mammoth task that awaits him ahead.
