ON FRIDAY, Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti found herself in a position where she needed to make a comment on a controversial matter relating to some obscene videos that went viral last week. The Speaker refused to admit a question relating to the unverified viral obscene videos which some people are attributing to DEC Director General Mary Chirwa.
