ON Thursday last week, the Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded three Covid-19 deaths in 24 hours, while nine patients were on oxygen therapy, with three in critical condition. Health Minister Sylvia Masebo expressed worry that Covid-19 was still claiming the lives of many citizens regardless of age. In this regard, the government directed the resumption of mandatory masking up at health facilities to mitigate the spread of the virus.
