FORMER president Edgar Lungu has brought out a very interesting topic for public discourse. During his conversation with civil rights activist Brebner Changala at his residence, Mr Lungu said it is easy for a President to be misled by people who surround him. He went on to give examples of what goes on in State House and how he was also a victim of false intelligence.
