LAST week, President Hakainde Hichilema made reshuffles to his government at Permanent Secretary level. Following that development, he swiftly made appointments to replace those who had been removed. The President appointed eight permanent secretaries, and we couldn’t help noticing that of those, four were actually female, representing 50 per cent. The female appointees are as follows: 1.
