LAST week, President Hakainde Hichilema made reshuffles to his government at Permanent Secretary level. Following that development, he swiftly made appointments to replace those who had been removed. The President appointed eight permanent secretaries, and we couldn’t help noticing that of those, four were actually female, representing 50 per cent. The female appointees are as follows: 1. Ms Naomi Tetamashimba, Permanent Secretary (Special Duties) Cabinet Office. 2. Ms Hope Katebe Kalabi Situmbeko, Permanent Secretary (Administration) Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. 3. Mrs Lillian Saili Bwalya, Permanent Secretary (Administration) Ministry Of Commerce, Trade and Industry. 4.
