THE UPND government has made progress towards the commencement of rehabilitation works and construction of the much-awaited Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway. Contractor AVIC International, we are told, has moved on site to get started with reconstruction works. This development has elated many Zambians including the Truck Drivers Association (TDA) who are warning the Road Development Agency to ensure that users are compliant to load limits in order to preserve the road.
