WHEN NE-YO visited State House, the President spoke passionately about the Arts in Zambia and how he would like to see it thrive and break international boundaries. During that event, two permanent secretaries were present with him. Mr Fumba Chama and Mr Kangwa Chileshe. To be fair, these two have done a good job representing the arts in our country and they have been collaborating very well in attending other matters relating to the ministry. But we can’t help noticing that this Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts only has permanent secretaries with expertise, knowledge and talent in arts and not sports. If Mr Chileshe knows anything about sports, we bet he understands very little of it. Is this deliberate?...
