THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) caution served on Hot FM Radio in Lusaka over alleged failure to handle an interview is disturbing at the least and offensive at the most. During the Red Hot Breakfast show aired on Wednesday, 11th October 2023, radio presenter Peter Zulu featured renowned historian and academician Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa. The IBA says it monitored this particular programme and finds that Zulu, as programme host failed to either stop, guide or challenge the interviewee’s assertions and opinions around governance issues under the UPND government.
