MANY Zambians have been commending the UPND government for securing an investor to take over Mopani Copper Mines. Citizens, especially those from the Copperbelt are happy that at least one of the critical assets will be brought back on track. But like in any other development, critics have spotted something to raise an issue regarding this transaction. Emmanuel Mwamba and others are asking the government to explain why this deal was not tabled before parliament as per law.
