OUR minister in charge of community development and social services says her government doesn’t need to be stressed by citizens who continue to have children when they know that they are not employed and cannot fend for their children. Considering the prevailing high cost of living, the minister is guiding couples that are jobless to quickly consider family planning measures so that their procreation activities are fruitless.
