THE disintegration of the United Kwacha Alliance is now underway following the resignation of Secretary General Lucky Mulusa on Wednesday. For those that have followed the alliance closely from its inception, the writing has always been on the wall, and cracks have been appearing in recent months. Mulusa’s resignation letter, which cites a toxic working environment after the expulsion of Peter Sinkamba, Dan Pule and Sean Tembo, is telling in many ways.
